4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility

  • Jonesroadbeauty offers a 60-day return policy for unused, unopened, and undamaged Products. To be eligible for a return:
  • The Product must be in its original packaging (with all tags, seals, or accessories intact).
  • You must initiate the return process within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns of used, opened, or damaged Products (unless damaged during shipping) will not be accepted. Custom or personalized Products (if offered) are also non-returnable.

  • Shipping costs (which are already waived for all orders) are non-refundable, and Jonesroadbeauty will not reimburse any shipping fees you incur when sending Products back for return.
